General Information The fine art papers and canvas we use are acid free for archival permanence. Our Watercolor Papers are produced by Crane, Legion Paper, Innova, Somerset, & Arches and all adhere to the same standards that have made their papers favorites of demanding artists for centuries. The inks we use are pigment-based and are currently estimated to have a permanence rating of exceeding 130 years without any noticeable fade. This is the longest lightfastness rating in the industry for wide-gamut inks. Our Giclee printers also use a 6-color process for smoother gradients and the most accurate color available. Canvas prints are treated with your choice of low luster, satin or gloss varnish at no extra charge. Please allow 10-12 working days from the time your order is received for the initial proofing process. Final shipment of your print order is approximately 10-15 days from the time that we receive the approved color proof. Or for reorders, from the date that we receive confirmation and payment for your order. When figuring image size for your Giclees, sizes are scaled in proportion to the aspect ratio of your artwork.
